Survey says…

Mourning

Saman Jaffery at Hull & Hull wrote an interesting post a few weeks back about the lack of estate planning among boomers. She quotes a survey from BMO which was released recently that highlights the major issue with boomer estate plans: 90% of boomers have wills, but almost half of those are more than ten years old. On the positive side, the study did find that over half of all boomers have spoken to their children or other relatives about their estate plans.

Having a will in place is important; having an up-to-date will is even more so.
