For sale 3In Barrie, most home offers are conditional on something – financing, insurance and home inspection are very common, but it’s not unusual to also see a condition of sale of the purchaser’s home, or septic or well inspections for rural properties.

If you accept an offer that is conditional, there is nothing wrong with continuing to list your house while you wait for the conditions to be waived. However, if you accept another offer, it must be conditional on getting out of the first offer or you could get yourself into hot water. You can’t actually sell your house to two different buyers simultaneously, so make sure you are protecting yourself if that happens.
