Andrea Krywonis over at the Ontario Condo Law Blog wrote a post on Wednesday about a case where a condo owner was forced to sell her unit because of extreme bad behaviour toward the other owners and to the condo property. This included physical violence to other owners, intimidation (both verbal and through her large dog) and damage to the common elements of the condo. Andrea notes that it is very rare for a court to force a condo owner to sell his or her unit, but that in severe cases this will be ordered.
