Most of the time, the answer is that it depends. If your mortgage money has not arrived, then generally speaking, you are going to have to wait until it does. Closing in escrow or through a licensing agreement is difficult if you can’t put the money in the seller’s lawyer’s trust account overnight. If your money came in, though, but didn’t arrive until 4:58 and it simply could not be registered in time, then there are options, and we can usually get you moved in, with the registration happening on the next business day.
